The clocks have changed its lighter, warmer (just), legs have been shaved! and im ready for action!!!!!!! Getting a few Personal bests in the pool and the biking is going strong – been mixing the Watt Bike sessions with some easy longer rides on the road. Got my new bike delivered the other day same as I used last year but a newer, cleaner model! Cant wait to get out on it for some sessions. Got a easter bank holiday monday time trial tomorrow – not in the best shape at the moment to race but its all good training. Races start in May so looking forward to preparing for them. Been using the PHD products for over a month now and they are helping me train and especially recover. Love the 2:1 recovery straight after swimming in the morning and have even been adding some whey protein to my porridge – to give it that cookie dough taste!
Train hard and I look forward to seeing some of you at a race in the near future. Nick Dunn

looking forward to coming on board the PHD team – plan to celebrate with some ‘ PHD wired’ before I get back on my bike next week – rest week this week as shattered from the last block of training. cant wait to get my order.
